And it makes me feel a little validated that you, of all people, were exhausted with 4 children. <br />Andreahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16019354627017787767noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3174569976735011871.post-24073259361344094332013-09-09T09:09:58.882-04:002013-09-09T09:09:58.882-04:00Anyone who knows you and Doug even a little bit kn...Anyone who knows you and Doug even a little bit knows how lucky this baby is to be coming to your family. Although, I must say, this terrified me a little, because we're where you were a few years ago re: having a fifth, and the thought of that one day changing is so overwhelming! Anyway, so happy for you guys- and, when you think about what you've accomplishing during the day, don't forget to account for growing a human being ;).Katiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04275742618608956921noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3174569976735011871.post-34550109358443047842013-09-09T08:13:44.491-04:002013-09-09T08:13:44.491-04:00I totally love your matter-of-factness. 'there's nothing wrong with having cold cereal for dinner.'<br />Lindsayhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01150657897645335754noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3174569976735011871.post-80281796082103390722013-09-09T01:17:14.786-04:002013-09-09T01:17:14.786-04:00I am so excited for you guys! It's not been easy returning back to babies and toddlers but like you said it's been SO FUN to see and teach our older children about parenthood and nurturing with these younger siblings. After taking a break ourselves, it's been such a treat to return back to this stage and savor it again....lol, even the coloring on the walls, toddlerhood, etc. I hope you start to feel more energy soon but I know pregnancy isn't easy, especially when you are now keeping up with four busy older kids. You are in my prayers and can't wait to find out what you are having!!!! ;-) Kirstenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10286474228558037129noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3174569976735011871.post-90425932476341203352013-09-08T23:35:01.504-04:002013-09-08T23:35:01.504-04:00Lol about the "what caused this" comment...Lol about the "what caused this" comment! I love your explanation about how it happened--both the big break and being open for another child. :)Cindyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13869834635154658664noreply@blogger.com
